The applicant is proposing to establish 3 new structures in two (2) phases that consist of two (2) warehouses and one (1) office space. The first phase would be the construction of an 11,000 sq. ft. building to be used as an office for Renewable Solar; and a 12,000 sq. ft. building to be used as a warehouse for the solar company.
