Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number BUT-62081-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Chico.
The project is limited to the removal of riparian vegetation, spalled concrete repair, and
installation of rock slope protection (RSP). Riparian vegetation, including two mature trees, will
be removed to allow staging, access, and RSP installation. RSP will be installed along the
creek banks and on the downstream side of the existing concrete encased sewer pipe.
