Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number BUT-62198-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the City of Chico.
The project is limited to the removal of riparian vegetation, regarding the bank slope, and
installation of rock slope protection (RSP). Riparian vegetation, including eight mature trees, will
be removed from the western creek bank to allow for staging and access, and RSP installation.
The undercut area caused by erosion will be collapsed and regraded. Approximately 187 linear
feet of RSP will be installed along the western creek bank.
