Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number BUT-62191-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Chico.
The project is limited to the removal of riparian vegetation and installation of rock slope
protection (RSP). Riparian vegetation, including five mature trees, will be removed from the
northern creek bank to allow for staging and access, and RSP installation. Approximately 180
linear feet of RSP will be installed along the northern creek bank.
