Reasons for Exemption
The proposed project is determined to be ministerially and categorically exempt pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15268 (Ministerial Projects) and Section 15304 (Minor Alterations to Land) because it would consist of the removal of existing hazardous, not-native and invasive trees and invasive saplings identified by an arborist as hazardous and/or not healthy.
