This project involves the removal of an existing stream crossing and restoration of the associated stream channel. No healthy, mature, or scenic tress will be removed as a result of this project. Additionally, the project is a result of an enforcement action and is necessary to protect the environment by eliminating the present adverse impacts to the stream and fish and wildlife resources. As carried out in accordance with the agreement, it will not have a significant effect on the environment.
