Reasons for Exemption
The Project is exempt per CEQA Guidelines, Title 14, Section 15183 because the environmental analysis conducted for the Project concluded that the proposed Project is consistent with the 2003 City of Brea General Plan Final Environmental Impact Report (GP EIR). Upon continued implementation of regulatory requirements and mitigation measures contained in the GP EIR as well as continued implementation of uniformly applied development policies and standards previously adopted by the City, the proposed Project would not have any specific effects which are peculiar to the Project or the Project site. Lastly, there are no Project specific impacts or potentially significant off-site or cumulative impacts that the GP EIR did not already analyze.
