Document Description
Project consists of undertaking various improvement and maintenance projects throughout Marconi Conference Center State Historic Park to provide improved services and amenities for guests. Project will:
•Install four (4) hammocks along walking path;
•Install two (2) firepits at Mables and one (1) firepit at Buck Hall,
•Install a privacy screen around the mobile sauna;
•Install landscape art and casual seating near Mables;
•Remove the unused deck and existing trellis fencing;
•Install new fencing from the garden to an auxiliary kitchen building;
•Convert an existing electrical shed to a food and beverage space;
•Add gravel to the garden area to create an entertaining space; and
•Add a new trellis wall to hide the current trailer area.
