On July 2, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Western Municipal Water District adopted Resolution No. 3359. The Resolution establishes water and sewer availability charges needed to fund the continued operation, maintenance, and capital improvements of existing facilities in the Murrieta Service Area. The charges are for the purpose of meeting operating expenses and funding necessary capital projects, qualifying the action as statutorily exempt under CEQA.
