Operations a re limited to 7:00am to 7:00pm daily. Up to 8 full-time employees would serve the operation.

The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the CEQA Guidelines pursuant to the Provisions of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, Section 15301(a) (Existing Facilities), as the continued operation of an existing 4,141 square foot facility for a cannabis operation. Modifications under this use permit would not result in alterations to the structure, the overall site, or increase the number of employees. Municipal services for water and sewer are provided by the City of Santa Rosa and South Park Sanitation District. No exceptions listed under Section 15300.2 apply. There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment.
