Reasons for Exemption
The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the CEQA Guidelines pursuant to the Provisions of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, Sections 15301 (Existing Facilities) and 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures), as the constructed fence was created in the approximate location of a formerly existing fence along the property frontage and the approval would include the demolition of an entrance gate constructed at the corner of Millbrae Ave and Primrose Ave to be replace with like fencing. No exceptions listed under Section 15300.2 apply. There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment.
