Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes an emergency project for immediate bridge repairs to the East Midway Overhead Bridge (29-0082R) along State Route (SR) 580 at Postmile (PM) 12.74 in San Joaquin County. The scope of work includes the removal and full-depth replacement of damaged sections of the bridge deck to restore structural performance. All work will be within Caltrans Right of Way. The purpose of this project is to address the failed bridge deck. The need of this project is to prevent and mitigate the loss or impairment of life, property, or essential public services.
