C Below Inc. (Jorge Guzman) proposes to conduct potholing to confirm underground utilities within Caltrans right-of-way as well as to perform any associated traffic control activities along State Route (SR-118) at Post Mile (PM) 16.74, in the city of Moorpark, Ventura County. The proposed potholing will be done via Hydro Vacuum. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 10 inches, a maximum width of 12 inches, and a maximum length of one (1) foot. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
