Based on Supporting CEQA Analysis for this Project, the proposed project is consistent with the criteria outlined in CEQA Guidelines Section 15303, Class 3, pertaining to new construction or conversion of small structures; MIM 25-033 is
to add a covered shade structure over an existing concrete patio area and extend the Type 47 ABC alcohol license boundary to include the newly covered patio on already approved entitlement and no other projects proposed. Therefore, the application of CEQA Section 15303, Class 3, is applicable and appropriate for this project.
