Arcadian Infracom 2 proposes to conduct horizontal directional drilling (HDD) boring method to place fiber optic cables on Baseline Rd. at post-mile (PM) 3.56 to 4.08 in Los Angeles County for the Middle Mile Broadband Miles. Scope of work also includes installation of four 2-foot by 3-foot faults, and six 3-foot by 5-foot bore pits within Caltrans right-of-way.
