Document Description
Removal of one existing potable water supply well, Annex 26. Includes the demolition of above and below ground pipe, valves, fittings, tanks, electrical equipment, and vault. After the well is destroyed per state and local requirements, the site will be restored. This well has exceeded its useful life and is no longer a viable water supply well for the City. Construction work shall be in compliance with all applicable code regulations, including the Noise Ordinance and Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA), and regulatory agency permits.
