Document Description
The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Profession Code, Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 26012, approved a Distributor-Transport Only commercial cannabis license. : The Project will consist of transport-only distribution in conjunction with an existing, annually-licensed, cultivation operation. The Project is located at 6301 South Fork Rd, Salyer, CA, 95563 (APN 008-130-01-00). Distribution activities will occur within a 1487 sq. ft. structure. There are no plans for construction or expansion. Power for the project is provided by PG&E and there is a permitted onsite septic system to serve the project's wastewater needs. Water is collected and stored in a rainwater catchment pond and roof rainwater catchment systems. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.

Reasons for Exemption
The Department of Cannabis Control has determined that the project is consistent with the local jurisdiction community plan and/or zoning designations. CEQA mandates that the project is consistent with the development density established by existing zoning, community plan, or general plan policies for which an EIR was certified and shall not require additional environmental review, except as might be necessary to examine whether there are project-specific significant effects which are peculiar to the project or its site. The project activity fits within the parameters included in CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 and the activity does not require additional CEQA analysis.
