Document Description
The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Procession Code Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 26012, approved a Small Indoor Cannabis license submitted on 10/03/2024 by Topline Collective. The proposed project consists of a cannabis cultivation operation located at 12960 Bradley Ave, Sylmar, CA, 91342 (APN 2506-011-003). The site is comprised of one lot totaling approximately 38,518 gross square feet. Cultivation of up to 10,000 sq. ft. of canopy will occur within an existing 16,321 sq. ft. building with no expansion or construction. Water and electricity will be provided by LADWP. The site is zoned M-1 for Industrial/Light Manufacturing, which allows for commercial cannabis cultivation activities. The project site is fully within the city of Los Angeles and substantially surrounded by urban use. The project site previously operated as a commercial door and moulding supply company and warehouse. Due to the project site’s zoning designation, density of similar projects in the surrounding area, and the project’s previous and current use, there is no evidence that the project will contribute to a significant cumulative impact or lead to a significant environmental impact due to unusual circumstances.
