Document Description
The Admiral Kidd Park Playground Repair (Phase 2) project consists of improvements to the landscape and community center at Admiral Kidd Park. The landscape improvements consists of improving the current ADA parking stalls to be compliant and have a clear path of travel from the stall to the building. Also included with the landscape improvements are rehabbing the current bioswales, adding planting, and improving drainage and ponding at the exterior restroom building. The community center will have upgraded lighting throughout switching to energy efficient and satisfying Title 24 requirements. Also included with the building improvements will be added window tint to the west side of the building and repairing interior doors.
