The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is the Lead Agency for the Project. The State Water Board is funding the Project referred to internally as Water Source Planning. The Project includes a planning study to ascertain the feasibility of a master meter connection to the Tuolumne Utilities District as a replacement water source. A geotechnical investigation will be performed with minor ground disturbance for geotechnical borings.
