The Recycled Water Pipelines in Ruft Road and Elliot Road Project consists of the installation of 2,023 linear feet of 8-inch diameter gap pipeline, with approximately 1,327 feet in Ruft Road and approximately 696 feet in Elliot Road. This will aid EMWD with the development of a regional backbone recycled water infrastructure within this recycled water reuse area. Beneficiaries of this project are EMWD ratepayers.
