Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) operates Perris Valley Wastewater Reclamation Facility (PVRWRF) which has a secondary treatment process that is dependent on diffuser panels that are reaching their end of useful life. This presents a concern, as the manufacturer of these specific panels no longer provides replacement parts. To address this concern, the scope of the project includes the installation of vendor interchangeable tubular aeration diffusers as well as rehabilitation of existing aeration basins is recommended
