Reasons for Exemption
The Project is approval a temporary use associated with a previously approved Tentative Subdivision Map/Annexation. This exemption applies to minor temporary use of land having negligible or permanent effects on the environment, including carnivals, sales of Christmas trees, etc. All environmental effects of the previously approved subdivision and annexation have been addressed through the adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration. The Project includes a temporary sales home/office within the proposed single family dwellings and temporary parking lot for future residents. All temporary improvements will be removed upon sales being finalized.
