Class 4 § 15304 (See also Cal. Code Regs., tit. 14, § 12102.4)
Reasons for Exemption
There will be no permanent direct impacts as a result of this license. Licensee will restore any temporary impacts to the license area to a condition equal to or superior to conditions existing at the effective date of the license. The direct and indirect impacts consist of minor public alterations in the condition of land that will not result in the removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees, which is categorically exempt under Clas 1 § 15304 (Minor Alterations to Land). The proposed action consists of allowing a skid steer across Conservancy land for forest health treatment and restoration activities on small urban lots and buffer zones within larger lots throughout the wildland urban interface in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
