Document Description

Reasons for Exemption
The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15301(c) – Existing Facilities. Exceptions Analysis (CEQA Guidelines §15300.2):
None of the exceptions to the use of a categorical exemption apply to this project. The project:

• Will not result in cumulative impacts when viewed in connection with past, current, or future projects;
• Is not located in a scenic area; and
• Does not have unusual circumstances that would result in a significant environmental effect.
