Grant an Right of Entry permit to the United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA’s) Wildlife Services Program to Caswell Memorial State Park to conduct feral pig monitoring, surveying, trapping, and dispatching on 190 acres of undeveloped park land to curb the potential ecological damage a growing population will cause. All work conducted pursuant to this ROE and related project work will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resource Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
