The City of Redding (City) will award an on-call sidewalk repair contract to improve pedestrian and ADA mobility throughout the City. The existing sidewalks will be rehabilitated or restored to their original elevations to meet public safety standards, and tree wells may be added to prevent future damage. The project will not result in expansion of use, as the project does not include the construction of new facilities. The action area does not have significant values for wildlife habitat or other environmental resources and the project has no potential to have a significant effect on the environment.
