Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-TRI-58806-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Salyer Heights Water System represented by Karen Johnson. The Salyer Heights Water System was destroyed in the Campbell Fire. The Salyer Heights Water Supply company secured emergency grant funding for the reconstruction of the water tank, raw water lines, and creek diversions. The main work will consist of reconstruction of two existing water diversion structures (Diversion #1 on Sharber Creek and Diversion #2 on Huckleberry Creek). Diversion #1 includes replacement of water piping, valves, and other infrastructure. Diversion #2 includes the installation of new seep well.
