Document Description
County of Ventura Public Works proposes to perform traffic control activities within Caltrans right-of-way along State Route (SR-)1- Pacific Coast Highway between Post Mile (PM) R14.76 and PM 14.45 for the resurfacing of County-maintained roads in the Oxnard West and Plain Area including base repairs, overlay of existing asphalt pavement, and pavement delineation in the City of Oxnard, Ventura County. County of Ventura Public Works is requesting a temporary encroachment permit to access Caltrans right-of-way along SR-1 between PM R14.76 and PM 14.45 to perform traffic control activities. There will be no ground disturbance. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
