Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-56851-R2, pursuant to
Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sacramento Meditation
Center, Inc.
The project is limited to the bank erosion repair on Chick Ranch Slough to repair erosion that
is threatening the parking lot of the Sacramento Meditation Center. Approximately 50-60 tons
of Caltrans Class III riprap (12-inch, 150 lbs.) will be installed onto an approximately 35 linear
feet by 6 feet high eroded section of the left bank of Chicken Ranch Slough at a 1.5:1 slope
(30 degrees).
