The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number CAL-60144 -R2, pursuant to
Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, John Dunlap/MACT Health.
The project is limited to the clearing of blackberry bushes, fallen trees, and other debris which
limits the channel capacity of Murray Creek in an approximately 400 linear feet area (4800
square feet).
