The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), in coordination with the California Department of Technology, proposes to construct two middle-mile broadband network hub shelters to provide transmission and amplification of broadband signals. Network hub shelters no. 20 and 107 are located on State Route 1 and would be constructed at post mile (PM) 20.83 and PM 59.20 in Mendocino County.
