The project site is less than five acres In size and Is surrounded by urban uses, is of no value as habitat for endangered species, would not result 1n s1grnfIcant effects to traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality, and can be adequately served by all required utilities and public services. This project would construct a new 621-square-foot attached accessory dwelling unit over the existing primary level footprint to an existing two-story single dwelling unit. This Is within the limits described for this exemption, and the exceptions listed In Section 15300.2 would not apply. he site Is not included on any list complied pursuant to Government Code Section 65962.5 for hazardous waste sites.
