Document Description
Local artist, Rachel Hebert has created an art project in the form of a mural to be installed on the south wall of the Wornum rive underpass at Highway 101. The Artist anticipates the total time needed for Mural installation and completion to be about 14 days. Work to be undertaken includes cleaning and priming the surface of the wall upon which the mural will be painted, painting the mural, and applying a protective anti-graffiti coating upon completion of the mural. There will be drying time and rest time for the artist built into this two week period. The Artist will work during daylight hours as specified. The Artist carries her own insurance and will not have employees participating on the property.
