Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has extended Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SDO-57968-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to California Department of Transportation, District 11 (Permittee) as represented by Miyoko Nakajima.
The Project involves the removal and replacement of existing culverts, headwall replacements, invert paving, and repairs, access, staging, and foot traffic, at 15 stream locations. Project-related activities will result in no more than 1.26 acres of temporary impacts to stream channels.
