Victor Valley Transit Authority (VVTA} is proposing to implement a series of discretionary actions that would ultimately allow for the development of a new transfer hub located adjacent to 17150 Smoke Tree St, Hesperia. This new Transfer Hub would replace the current Hub at the Hesperia Post Office. The proposal also includes discretionary actions that would ultimately allow for the development of one liquid delivered hydrogen fueling station located at the corner of E Avenue and Live Oak Street directly adjacent to 17150 Smoke Tree St.
