The owner has requested a non-conforming lot line adjustment between unblocked lots 1, 2, and 3 on APN 026-130-002-000. The resultant parcel sizes are Parcel 1 (2.33 acres), Parcel 2 (1 .00 acres), and Parcel 3 (1.41 acres) which are less than the minimum lot size. The County Health Officer has found that this lesser size is adequate to accommodate the water and sewage systems without endangering any person.
