Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) to Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) for access to Sue-meg to allow for routine vegetation maintenance along the existing Trinidad 1102 12 kV distribution line located on land within the parks' boundaries. In total, the proposed work will trim eight (8) trees at eight (8) locations and remove nine (9) trees at nine (9) locations. All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
