Document Description
The proposed project is Administrative Design Review permit to allow a 25 foot tall, 3,600 sq. ft. temporary event tent, to be used for the duration of the 2025 operating season for the existing campground approved under use permit UPE24-0070. The tent will have a maximum occupancy of 200 guests, as allowed by UPE24-0070. The proposed tent is located near the corner of Mays Canyon and Highway 116, over 100 feet from adjacent property lines. Existing vegetation and landscaping will screen the 3,600 event tent from Highway 116 and Neeley Road.
