Document Description
The Chevron Lost Hills Solar to Hydrogen Project is a proposal by Chevron New Energies, a division of Chevron U.S.A. Inc for the construction and operation of a hydrogen (H2) production facility. The proposed project would include the construction and operation of a hydrogen production facility and associated infrastructure necessary to generate approximately 2.2 tons per day (TPD) of gaseous H2. The proposed project is located on an 8.93 acre portion of a greater 80-acre parcel (current Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 069-410-26) within the Chevron Lost Hills Oilfield, approximately one (1) mile southwest of the community of Lost Hills, approximately one (1) mile south of State Route 46, and approximately three (3) miles west of Interstate 5 within the valley region and Lost Hills area of unincorporated Kern County.
