Document Description
The Surgery & Emergency Services Pavilion (SESP) Cath Lab Equipment Replacement proposes to replace cardiac catheterization x-ray scanners in the SESP Cath Lab (Room 1P552) with new scanning equipment. The project includes removal of old equipment, demolition and replacement of lead-lined walls and doors, updated shielding, cabling, electrical and HVAC upgrades, fire sprinkler and ADA improvements, and transitioning floor-mounted equipment to ceiling-mounted. Renovations will also include renovations and updates to ceiling, floor, lighting, and interior finishes.

In addition, none of the exception s for application of a categorical exemption apply to this project.
