The city of Twentynine Palms proposes the replacement of a low-water crossing on Split Rock Avenue between the cross streets Buena Vista Drive and Bagley Avenue with a new bridge structure. The new bridge structure over the CVSC would be approximately and 66 ft wide, would accommodate two 12-ft wide lanes, a center median, shoulders, sidewalks and bridge railing.
