Document Description
The purpose of this project is to remodel an existing single use pier to a multi-use pier at the subject property in Lake Tahoe. The pier is 152 feet long and 6 feet wide with a 3-foot adjustable catwalk. The proposed project will add a 15 by 10-foot deck towards the landward end of the pier, an expanded section towards the middle of the pier that is 36 feet long, and 15 feet wide, and a boat lift.
