Document Description
Temecula Valley Charter School proposes the construction of a charter school serving Transitional Kindergarten through eighth grade, with a capacity of approximately 900 students and approximately 70 staff. The project includes a total building area of about 53,992 square feet, comprising a 17,292-square-foot main building, 29 modular classroom buildings, four modular restroom units, six modular storage structures, and a trash enclosure. Planned site improvements include 148 parking spaces, outdoor recreational facilities such as turf fields, playgrounds, basketball and pickleball courts, wall ball areas, and a soccer field. Additional features include covered lunch patios, enhanced pedestrian access and circulation for drop-off and pick-up, as well as landscaping, lighting, parking, and utility infrastructure upgrades to support the development. Public Use Permit No.230001 proposes the construction and operation of a new Temecula Valley Charter School campus serving 900 students arades Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade. The Project will include a single-story main building totaling 17.292 square feet, which will house a reception area. administration offices, conference room, nurse station, a multipurpose room, cafeteria (including flood preparation, service. and storage areas), restrooms, a science lab, and art classroom. The campus will also feature twenty-nine (29) modular classroom buildings, configured either single-classroom units or double classroom units. In addition, the project will include four (4) restroom modular units, six (6) modular storage structures, and one (1) trash enclosure. The proposed site improvements will include, but not limited to 148 parking spaces, outdoor recreational areas (including turf fields, playgrounds. basketball courts, wall ball pickleball courts, and soccer field), covered lunch patio structures, lighting, parking, landscape, and infrastructure.
