The project includes a total building area of about 53,992 square feet, comprising a 17,292-square-foot main building, 29 modular classroom buildings, four modular restroom units, six modular storage structures, and a trash enclosure. Planned site improvements include 148 parking spaces, outdoor recreational facilities such as turf fields, playgrounds, basketball and pickleball courts, wall ball areas, and a soccer field. Additional features include covered lunch patios, enhanced pedestrian access and circulation for drop-off and pick-up, as well as landscaping, lighting, parking, and utility infrastructure upgrades to support the development.
