Document Description
The first amendment to HDP 23-067 is for additional scope of work to include the following: 1.) Remove all above grade conduits and dispose; 2.) Remove all power and communication cables in below grade conduits and dispose. Cut conduits flush with grade and plug conduit with slurry; 3.) The Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) scheduled for removal may have multiple 110 volt alternating current (vac) power inputs that may be powered by a uninterrupted power supply (UPS); 4.) Pull back existing fiber from the rail gate and the main gate to the nearest communications vault and fusion weld all strands; 5.) Demolish bollards and gate arms to grade: Grind any metal left behind from demolished equipment to remove sharp edges; 6.) Remove optical character recognition (OCR) frame and OCR cabinets and associated power connections; 7.) Demolish Customs Border Patrol (CBP) booth to grade: Grind sides of booth foundation that are extending above grade to remove trip edges remove all power and communication cables in below grade conduits and dispose. Cut conduits flush with grade and plug conduit with foam sealant.
