Document Description
The Oildale Supportive and Affordable Housing Project consists of the design and construction of 15 new affordable single bedroom units on an approximate 0.53-acre net vacant paved lot. The site is currently a vacant infill parcel that is split-zoned for both general commercial (GC) use and high-density residential (R-3) development. The residential zoning includes a parking overlay (P) zone. The portion of the project site that is zoned for high-density residential use is located behind the former location of the commercial business and was previously used as a parking area
