Document Description
The City of Fresno Capital Projects Department proposes the replacement of 6-inch, 8-inch, and 10-inch water mains that have outlived their life expectancy with approximately 5,280 8-inch polyvinyl chloride mains and 3,475-linear feet of 16-inch ductile iron water mains as well as the transfer of approximately 232 water services for providing more reliable water service and fire protection. Construction will also include the replacement or installation of 13 fire hydrants. The work will be performed in the vicinity of West Clinton, West University, North West and North Teilman Avenues.
