The project consists of 3.82 acres on the south side of the 28.65 acre site, adjacent to French Camp Road. All maneuvering areas are required to be surfaced with an all-weather surfacing. Screening of the parking areas in the form of a masonry wall or other solid fencing is required. The project will be served by private onsite sewer, water, and storm water retention pond.
