Reasons for Exemption
The project involves the routine repair, maintenance and rehabilitation of existing roadways involving negligible and/or no expansions of the existing use. The road rehabilitation project will not create additional automobile lanes, and all rehabilitation improvements will occur within the existing improved surface and the right-of-way area.
